Frequently Asked Questions
If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us.
Do I have to make an appointment?
No. Appointments reduce wait time, but walk-ins are welcome. We accept our last walk-in an hour before closing. We are screening all clients for exposure and/or symptoms of COVID-19.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a photo ID – either a driver’s license or school ID. If you do not have a photo ID, we will take a photo to keep on file with your medical records.
Will you tell anyone??
Our services are completely confidential. We will not tell anyone of your visit, unless required to do so by law (ie. discovery of abuse or neglect of a minor.)
I'm under 18. Do I need parent's permission?
You can be seen without parent’s permission, but we encourage you to include and seek advice from your parents or another trusted adult.
